Q: I already use online banking. Do I need to re-enroll?
A: Yes, all users—both new and existing—must re-enroll starting November 13th. After the system upgrade, your current login credentials will no longer work.
Q: Do I need to re-enroll separately for the Mobile App if I've already re-enrolled in Online Banking?
A: No, you only need to re-enroll once. If you have already re-enrolled in Online Banking, your NEW credentials will work for the Mobile App as well. Your new login information can be used for both Online Banking and the Mobile App, so there’s no need to re-enroll separately for each.
Q: What information do I need to re-enroll?
A: To re-enroll, you will need the following details:
- Date of Birth
- Last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)
- Member Number
Need help finding your Member Number?
Your Member Number is located on the membership card you received when you opened your account. If you no longer have the card, you can call us at 608-323-2126 or visit our office to request a new one.
Q: What can I do with the new Online and Mobile Banking?
A: Our upgraded online and mobile banking services let you manage nearly all of your accounts from one place. Popular features include:
- Reviewing account history

A: Yes, when you sign up for Online Banking or our Mobile App, you will be automatically enrolled for e-statements. This helps promote security, convenience, and eco-friendly practices.
Q: Do I need to sign up separately for Bill Pay and Mobile Deposit services?
A: Yes, within the new Online Banking or Mobile App, you will need to enroll separately and accept the terms and conditions for both Bill Pay and Mobile Deposit services. For more details, visit the Bill Pay or Mobile Remote Deposit tabs.

We’re excited to announce that our new and improved Online Banking will be available starting November 13th! This update will offer you a more seamless and convenient way to manage your finances, including:
- Easy enrollment with enhanced security features (Updated credentials required on or after November 13th)

To re-enroll, you’ll need your Date of Birth, the last four digits of your SSN, and your Member Number*.
Please be aware of scheduled downtime for the transition, from 6 PM on Tuesday, November 12th until 9 AM on Wednesday, November 13th.

Mobile Remote Deposit Capture allows you to deposit most U.S. consumer and business checks; however some limitations apply. Arcadia Credit Union reserves the right to establish and assign limits for this service and to modify such limits from time to time. Our standard practice is to make funds from your mobile remote deposit available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. For a complete disclosure of funds availability, refer to the Funds Availability Notice you received at account opening. For additional information refer to the Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Agreement which will be provided via mobile banking/online banking at the time of initiation or call us at 1.800.325.2126 to be provided a copy.
How to Use Bill Pay in Our Online and Mobile Banking Platform

Step-by-Step Instructions to Enroll in Bill Pay:

Log in to Your Account: Start by logging in to your account through our Online Banking platform or the Mobile Banking app.

Navigate to Transfer Funds: Once logged in, look to the right side of the screen. Under the Transfer Funds section, you will see a variety of options.

Select the Pay Bills Icon: Click on the Pay Bills icon. This will take you to the enrollment page for our Bill Pay service.

Enroll and Accept Terms: To activate Bill Pay, follow the on-screen instructions to enroll. You will be asked to accept the terms and conditions of the Bill Pay service. Once you agree, you will be able to start setting up your bill payments.

Add Your Payees: After enrolling, the next step is to add the payees (such as utility companies, credit card issuers, or other service providers) to whom you want to make payments. You will need details such as account numbers and mailing addresses for these companies.

Schedule Payments: Once your payees are added, you can start scheduling payments. You can set up one-time payments or recurring payments, depending on your needs.
